Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. 

Please allow up to two weeks to complete your handcrafted garment and an additional 1-3 days for processing and shipping, although items are usually shipped as soon as possible.

Ground — $5 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

Returns, Refund & Exchanges

All returns, refund and exchanges for made-to-order goods are decided on a case-by-case basis. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase and will do what I can to help you be happy.

All sale items are final and non-refundable.

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.
